Designer: Advisors lose hours hunting through 30+ carrier PDFs. I designed a chat surface that returns carrier-accurate answers in plain English, with citations as trust signals rather than noise.
Builder: RAG over carrier docs in Pinecone, GPT-4 grounded on PolicyAdvisor's own knowledge base, scannable chip-based UI for eligibility / terms / top carriers, and prompt patterns co-written with the AI team so every reply is compliance-ready.

Designer: Junior advisors freeze on objection-heavy calls. I designed a live coaching panel that surfaces the right talking point at the right moment, prioritized by risk so reps scan, not read.
Builder: Live speech-to-text → intent detection → prompt cards. I set the priority taxonomy and timing rules so suggestions land like a partner, not a popup. Post-call, the panel becomes the audit trail.
Hybrid Flow
Designer: A quote funnel that does something no Canadian insurer's flow has done — it takes someone who came to buy the cheapest product (term life), teaches them what they're missing, and lets them assemble a comprehensive plan themselves.
Builder: The cross-sell happens in the funnel, before an advisor ever speaks. One submit. One quote that already contains everything else the client would otherwise need a second conversation to ask about.
Quoting Engine
Designer: An advisor is on a live call and the client asks what it costs. The Quote Engine answers the entire Canadian market before the sentence finishes — and sends it, formatted, while they're still talking.
Builder: A scan animation that fronts the wait, results sorted best-rate first, and one-tap email or text per carrier — so the quote leaves the screen as fast as it arrived.
